API Reference

Purpose

pyrtid is an open-source, pure python, and object-oriented library that provides a user friendly implementation of inversion for reactive transport code.

Submodules

forward	Provide the forward reactive transport model and solver.
inverse	Provide the inverse reactive transport model and solver as well as executors.
utils	pyRTID submodule providing tools and utilities for other submodules.
plot	PYRTID submodule providing a set of handy plot tools.
regularization	PyRTID invsere sub module providing regularization tools.
